Our hassle-free returns policy ensures that if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Returns Timeframe

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your Christmas decorations.

Please note: To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all documentation, and ship them to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Based on our product range, the following non-returnable items are:

  • Christmas Hooks & Clips: Due to their nature as small, hardware-based fasteners, these cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Please choose carefully for these products.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Important: Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account—this typically takes 5-10 business days after we have processed it.

Please note that the original cost of Standard Shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the equivalent standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
