We dispatch joy worldwide! (Excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us to check if we deliver to your region).

Order Processing

We know you’re eager to get decorating! We’ll carefully pack your order and get it ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to bring the Christmas cheer to your door:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days after we dispatch it.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50! Shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Please note these are estimated times. During peak festive season, there might be slight delays due to high demand.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Christmas treasures. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it sparkle again.

Returns Timeframe

We gladly accept returns for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you back within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and the address to send your package to.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include any documentation, and ship them to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong or a defective item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you and let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following product category for hygienic and practical reasons once opened:

  • Christmas Hooks & Clips: Due to their nature as small, hardware-based fasteners, these cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Please choose carefully for these products.

(All other items, like Christmas standing decorations and Christmas trees, are returnable if they meet the criteria above).

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please remember that your bank or credit card company might take an additional 5-10 business days to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
Important: The original cost of Standard Shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the equivalent standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the simple process.
